Gail really made us feel at home, and the breakfast hit the spot! Rooms cozy and clean, but could use a little TLC. Great for a quick stay with friends!

The bed offered decent comfort, making it a suitable place for a night's rest. Breakfast stood out as a highlight, providing tasty options that satisfied morning hunger.
Check your en-suite arrangement before you arrive. there can be mix-ups on that front. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust and dirt evident in corners. Towel quality wasn’t great either, with thin fabric and visible stains raising doubts about hygiene. the aging decor and general upkeep felt neglected, making for a less enjoyable stay.

During my stay at The Lanes, I was warmly welcomed by Gail, who provided exceptional hospitality. The breakfast was delightful, with plenty of options like a properly cooked English breakfast that set me up for the day. The room was comfortable, clean, and ideally located near the beach and attractions.
Some areas could use a little TLC.

Just an optimal selection for a brief weekend stay in Blackpool that was great for the money. We appreciated Gail whipping us up a bacon sarnie even though it was late morning! For a better experience, definitely try to set your breakfast time earlier.

I loved the central location, close to everything, and the quiet atmosphere was great for relaxation.

The single room was disappointingly cramped, with a filthy carpet and sticky furniture that detracted from the overall experience. Only one bathroom served the entire establishment, and it was unacceptably dirty. breakfast included some enjoyable cold dishes, and the friendly lady serving it tried her best to accommodate us, even if she seemed out of place. The entrance and hallways also left much to be desired, making the atmosphere far from inviting.

will definitely go again next time
Had a cozy double room with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. The heating was great for the chilly Blackpool nights. Loved that there was ample closet space and the towels were clean. the smoke alarm gave me peace of mind. Definitely a solid spot for families!

Family friendly accommodation
Gail, the owner, really made us feel at home. The massive cooked breakfast was a great way to start our days, and it was such a bonus to see the Tower from our room.
It wasn’t exactly bargain basement, but still reasonable for what you get.
